Fresh. Innovative. Unique.
This is not the same old body building and weight lifting advice you receive from your local gym instructors. This old style of strength training is a thing of the past and doesn’t represent the training methods of the current tour leaders. We’ve learned the best way to stay competitive is to give you the same tools and advantages of the top touring professionals.

Meet some of our members and learn what they have to say.
“I think the stretching has already started to do its work, I just shot my best score ever on Sunday! I shot a 64 with 9 birdies and 1 bogey (on the last hole!) One shot off the 25 year old course record. Thanks again.”
Bill R., PGA professional
“My fitness is good and getting better. My weight has dropped big time. I am weighing around 193-195 which is a nice drop from 205+. Now, my clothes don’t fit! My flexibility and core strength is better than it has ever been and I owe this all to you!”
Scott C., No. CA Competitive Amateur Golfer
“I have been playing competitive golf for several years and have always had an interest in the nutrition and fitness aspects of sports. However, it can get confusing with all of the products and information available today thru magazines, books, the internet, etc... That's where Susan has been a real life-saver. She is at the top of her field when it comes to her understanding of the fitness industry -- including exercise, nutrition, supplements, flexibility, etc. She is truly a gifted individual and has a heart of gold -- she always has your best interest at heart. I am very fortunate to have met her and am glad that she is a part of my Team!!!”
Frank S., Hooter’s Tour 2005
As a professional colleague in the golf fitness industry, I find Susan and her approach to be a breath of fresh air! Her knowledge and enthusiasm towards the golf athlete is remarkable. I think all professionals in the industry will find her site, www.fitnessforgolf.com, to be an excellent resource for quality information and exercise prescription. Her monthly interviews are tremendous, offering insight into life in the field. I see it as an essential tool for tomorrow’s golf-specific conditioning specialists".

For Avid Golfers Everywhere
Avid golfers don’t deserve any less than the most accurate, sophisticated, and detailed information available. Why settle for less? Once you’re exposed to the very best information, you can decide which strategies you’ll use and which ones you’ll leave to the pros. Here’s what a few more members had to say.
“I'm beginning to see results from the program. Given my back issues it's probably a little more difficult to see the results right away. I've benchmarked your program to the SMU golf team's program and they are very similar. I'm looking forward to continuing the process and seeing the results as I move into our golf season in Texas.”
Richard E., Handicap 1.6
“Thank you for your prompt reply to my e-mail. The detailed explanations and descriptions of what my prescribed program is about is what I was looking for. The examples you cited of your experiences with other people in my age group provided for better understanding. I am following your recommendations to the letter and will advise you of my progress. I am enjoying your website. Once again, thank you for your personal attention.”
Bill N., Handicap 17
“I know your philosophy is to focus on a core set of exercises--a program which has delivered awesome results. I'm driving the ball 300+ yards; flying the ball 280+ in 60 degree weather. Game is consistent and long and accurate. Who could ask for more? Thanks so much for your help. You're the best.”
John B., Handicap 3
Well, I just finished my first week on your program (Intermediate Phase 1), and I feel great. My body's been quite sore this week, and I've felt more refreshed than I have in a long time. Crazy that I can almost touch my toes standing up now after only one week of stretching! Also, I've learned a lot from the nutrition section, and I can already see a slight change in my body shape from one week of exercises and eating right.
Ryan S., Handicap 14
The Future of Golf
Many of the top touring professionals know that winning on the tour today takes much more than a great game of golf. It means understanding every aspect of their physical and mental being and what factors influence their performance. Here is what a few players had to say regarding golf fitness.
I practice less golf, and I spend more time in the gym. But I know that if my body is in good shape, I’ll be able to swing the club the way I want to.
Annika Sorenstam
A lot of what I’ve been able to accomplish in golf is the direct result of becoming physically stronger.
Tiger Woods
I've worked so hard with my golf swing through the years. Once your golf swing comes to a point where you can't improve it anymore, all you do is just repeat it. My workout kind of elevated that. I'm much stronger with the shots I'm hitting. I'm driving the ball farther than I ever have, which tells you something. It's a lot of equipment, but also me. My trainer has done great work with me. I'm looking forward to the off-season now. I'm going to work much harder and get much stronger. Look out, I'm not done yet.
Vijah Singh (based on an interview in 2002)
Are you physically fit for golf? Are you mentally fit for golf?
