Laser Link Golf — The Laser Link Distance System

The System

The Laser Link Distance System is the next great addition to your club. Never before has a private club been able to offer their members an amenity like this – something new and unique that will add to the pleasure of their rounds and improve pace of play, all while providing the information they need to play their best.

Getting Started

Getting started is as simple as ordering flagsticks. All your club has to do is install our patented SmartStick flagstick and your course is officially “Laser Linked”. It’s the same process you follow each season, only this time your flagsticks will be little bit more intelligent – they will be able to tell your members how far away they are. After your SmartSticks are on the course, your staff can then sell the QuickShot rangefinder in the golf shop. Members are able to purchase a unit and to use it at their convenience. The club staff simply has to make sure the reflectors are available each day and their part is done. It is the best of both worlds – the members get the opportunity to have an amenity that is fun to use, speeds up play, and improves their game; the golf shop gets to increase revenue by selling the QuickShot rangefinder.

Why would my members want a QuickShot?

Your members will truly enjoy using the QuickShot. Never before has it been easier for them to find their distance to the flagstick. The unit is so simple to use that anyone from your most experienced veteran to your newest beginner will be able to use it with ease. Your members want to know distance information. No player at any course knows every distance on the golf course; they especially don’t know every distance to the flagstick. This information changes with each new day. We have clubs around the country selling one hundred units in their golf shops – some are even selling two hundred. Once your members get a chance to experience the System, you will be amazed at how popular it will become.

Our club is very traditional, will the System work here?

The Laser Link Distance System does nothing more than provide information – information that is readily available and is a matter of fact. Almost every golf course in the country, and in the world, has marked yardages on the golf course. Plus, two hundred yards today is the same two hundred yards that it was when the clubs were called niblicks and the ball was stuffed with feathers. The QuickShot does not change the game we all love, it simply enhances it. The only difference between a yardage marker and the QuickShot is that the QuickShot is where you need it, when you need it. It eliminates the need to search for markers. A player can take up to 45 seconds to locate a marker and pace off a yardage. Members at your club are taking the time to find yardage markers, especially when there is a dollar or two on the line. With the QuickShot, simply point and click and you have your distance at the speed of light.
