Currently the most popular driver design on the market. Compare in price to the Taylor Made® model at $500. As you will note in the pictures, there are 4 interchangeable screws in the head. Heavier, or lighter, screws can be utilized to change the ball flight of the driver. More weight can be put towards the heel, to reduce a slice, or develop more of a draw. More, or less, weight can be put at the back of the head to change the trajectory. More weight can be put in the toe to reduce a hook... (The club will come with an additional 3 screws, a 2 gram screw, an 8 gram screw and a 12 gram screw, along with a wrench to change the screws.)
We've looked at several similar models, and experimented with a couple. This is the one we like the best. Both from a performance standpoint (it's nice and long), but also because the screw system with this driver seems to be of much more quality than the others.
Right handed and left handed. RH with lofts of 9.5; 10.5 and 12 degrees. LH with lofts of 9.5 and 10.5. 380cc head, with deep face of 2". Keep in mind the trend today is towards higher lofts. Today's drivers will give you more yardage with a nice high ball flight, as opposed to the "line drive" type trajectory. Also, the higher the loft, the straighter you'll hit your driver.
This forged titanium head has a beautiful black finish, with an alignment marker on the top of the head.
